Reservation Policy: 

To secure your reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total booking amount is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance can be settled upon arrival. 

Please provide your contact details, including a valid email address and phone number, for effective communication regarding your reservation.

Cancellation Policy:

1. Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund of the deposit.
2. Cancellations made between 7 days and 14 days before the check-in date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount.
3. Cancellations made 7 days or less before the check-in date, as well as no-shows, will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit.

Please note:

• In the event of early check-out or shortening of stay, the full amount of the original reservation will be charged.
• Changes to the reservation dates are subject to availability and may entail additional charges.
• Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 14 business days, and any applicable bank fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
• This property reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations in case of unforeseen circumstances. In such instances, guests will be notified as early as possible, and a full refund will be provided.

We strongly recommend guests to consider travel insurance to cover unexpected situations that may lead to cancellations or changes in their plans. By making a reservation, you agree to abide by the above reservation and cancellation policy.
