7. Cultivate strong relationships with local communities, artisans, and businesses, contributing to economic growth and an enhanced visitor experience.
8. Analyze guest feedback and insights to continuously enhance offerings, content, and partner interactions.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
2. Enthusiasm for responsible tourism, cultural exchange, and sustainable practices.
3. Strong organizational skills to effectively manage partner on boarding, content creation, and property listings.
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage diverse audiences and stakeholders.

6. Proficiency in content creation tools, platforms, and property management systems, along with a creative mindset.

5. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and potential opportunities for partnership expansion and growth.
6. Sales and Revenue Generation: Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets, driving sales and increasing the number of bookings through the platform.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, content creation, and customer support to ensure a cohesive and compelling partner experience.

Qualifications:
