The Darjeeling Himalayan Railway is a unique experience. The slow train ride offers nice mountain views and a peek into local life. The train itself is old-fashioned. It's not super comfortable, but it's interesting if you want a taste of history and local travel.

Chatakpur in Darjeeling is a mountain biker's paradise. I had a blast cruising through the trails, feeling the wind and taking in the stunning views.
